Legalisation Facilitation Services (LFS) is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Visa Consultant to provide expert visa guidance and documentation support to clients applying for overseas travel, study, work, or immigration. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of visa procedures, country-specific requirements, and excellent client communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on visa options, eligibility, and application processes
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa categories
- Assist with visa documentation, forms, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with clients for document collection and verification
- Stay updated with visa rules, immigration policies, and embassy guidelines
- Handle client queries via calls, emails, and in-person consultations
- Maintain accurate records of applications and follow-ups
- Coordinate with documentation and attestation teams when required
