LEGALISATION FACILITATION SERVICES
Legalisation Facilitation Services (LFS) is hiring confident and customer-focused Telecallers to handle inbound and outbound calls related to apostille and document legalisation services. The role involves communicating with clients, explaining services, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Explain apostille, MEA attestation, and embassy attestation services to clients
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain call records
- Update client details in CRM or data sheets
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams
- Achieve daily call and lead targets
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Polite, confident, and customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally
- Basic computer knowledge (calling systems, MS Excel, WhatsApp)
- Willingness to work with targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
- 12th pass / Graduate candidates may apply
