LEGALISATION FACILITATION SERVICES
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join Legalisation Facilitation Services (LFS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries, and building strong relationships with clients for our apostille and document legalisation services in India and globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online inquiries
- Explain services such as Apostille, MEA Attestation, and Embassy Attestation to clients
- Convert inquiries into confirmed business
- Maintain client database and update CRM or lead sheets
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle customer queries professionally and promptly
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client coordination
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in documentation, legalisation, travel, immigration, or service industry is a plus
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
- Graduation preferred but not mandatory
