Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on visa options, eligibility, and application processes
  • Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa categories
  • Assist with visa documentation, forms, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with clients for document collection and verification
  • Stay updated with visa rules, immigration policies, and embassy guidelines
  • Handle client queries via calls, emails, and in-person consultations
  • Maintain accurate records of applications and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with documentation and attestation teams when required

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of visa procedures and documentation

  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online inquiries
  • Explain services such as Apostille, MEA Attestation, and Embassy Attestation to clients
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed business
  • Maintain client database and update CRM or lead sheets
  • Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Handle customer queries professionally and promptly

Required Skills
